Many of you may not know that I am a huge fan of marshmallows, but as I just stated, I am. Because of this, awhile back my family bought me a huge back of GIANT marshmallows...and when I say GIANT I mean each marshmallow weighs 1 oz in and of itself. I thought they were hilarious and yet for some reason, I cannot bring myself to eat them (I get a sugar rush every time I simply glance at the bag). So I finally decided, thanks to my sister's ingenious idea, to make Rice Krispie Treats with them. The reason I'm telling you all this? Because as soon as I put the GIANT marshmallows in the microwave, and watched them grow and grow in size, I immediately thought of CJ and the marshmallow cream.... :-). SO I thought I'd share my experience with you.

The finished product! Unfortunately, I can't actually share this part with you...though I'd love to! Don't think they'd fare well in the mail though. Hope you enjoyed :-).
